Here's a few stories from dancers that I work with!

What Dancers Say!

"I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about working with Lily. After returning to ballet as an adult and pushing through a busy spring show season, my body felt like it was falling apart, especially with stubborn Achilles pain. I found her on social media and was immediately drawn in by the thoughtful, high-quality advice she shares.

Because she’s a dancer herself, she truly gets it: how a dancer’s body needs to move, what technique demands of us, and even more importantly how our minds work. From our first virtual session, I felt understood, supported, and guided in exactly the way I needed. I was also able to see her once in person, which was equally fantastic.

Thanks to her expertise, encouragement, and dancer-focused approach, I’ve been able to rehab my Achilles, rebuild strength, and return to dancing with so much more confidence. I’m incredibly grateful for her help and wholeheartedly recommend her to any dancer looking for knowledgeable, compassionate care."
