Dr. Lily Hicks

Owner, Physical Therapist

I am a physical therapist, previous pre-professional ballet dancer, a current Denver resident, and avid hiker, skier, and yogi.

My love for all things movement and exercise dates back to when I was 3 years old in my first dance recital. Once I got over the stage-fright I found myself memorizing every single dance routine I could. As the years went on, I was working up to 25 hours a week training classical ballet, tap, jazz, and contemporary. My favorite roles as my time dancing were the snow princess in the Nutcracker, Kitri in Dox Quixote, and the Black Swan in Swan Lake. As time went on, I realized a professional ballet dancer career was not where my passion lied. My passion was for being in the sidelines supporting all my fellow dancers

After graduating from Eastern Illinois University with my Bachelor’s degree in biological science and from Concordia University Wisconsin with my Doctor of Physical Therapy, I am now able to combine my two true passion – the artform of dance and the science on how we are able to dance.

What Clients Say!

“It's extremely evident that Lily cares deeply about her clients! She helped me recover from a full Achilles rupture. The exercises she prescribed me were very helpful and during our sessions, she kept a close eye on me to ensure I was performing them correctly. Lily continuously asked how difficult each exercise felt to make sure we weren't doing too much but also to make sure we were pushing boundaries so I could improve. This made my time with her extremely valuable and I was able to see a lot of progress in a short amount of time. I definitely recommend her services."
